Shipping Information
E-books (Digital Products)
E-book purchases are delivered instantly via email after your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a download link to access your digital copy of Shadow of the Unconquered. No shipping charges apply to e-book orders.
Paperback Books (Physical Products)
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery within the United States typically takes 5-7 business days via USPS.
Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all paperback orders within the US.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Paperback Books
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your paperback copy, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
- Book must be in new, unread condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
E-books
Due to the digital nature of e-books, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your e-book, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your paperback arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@jeremiahsambabooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and process your refund once we receive the item.
